SW Florida Packard mechanics ?

I'm looking for a competent mechanic to remove the head from my 1948 super 327 . I have low compression on one cylinder and I suspect it's either the head gasket, a bad valve or the head needs milling. Please contact Frank at 312-671-1300 or e-mail vrchota@att.net Thanks much.
