David, 4.14017 is the group number for parking light socket and cable assembly. The group number for tail light cable and socket assembly is 4.1611.
A photo of what you need would help.

A Google search brings up many different ones, you'll probably need to match a similar one that uses the same bulb style:

IIRC, those sockets have a sort of unique retaining mechanism to the housings so I will be surprised if you find modern, NOS, or even a complete old socket unless it is a good used one from a parts car or ebay. If your shell is still good but the wire contacts, spring or fiber plate is what you need RI Wiring and I believe YnZ Yesterdays Parts have some modern sockets for the typical single and dual contact bulbs Packard used. If the modern socket itself will not fit the Packard hole, in many cases since bulb bases then are still standard sizes, the parts from the new sockets can be taken out and used in the old shell.

I didn't have to do anything to my sockets other than clean them so I don't know for sure if the RI or YnZ parts will fit but unless there is a minimum charge involved the parts are not very expensive if you want to try them out.
