Yes, the so-called Peron Packard has been restored and is well know in the hobby. Several good articles about it in hobby publications, one very good one in The Packard Cormorant, issue #114.

IIRC its a Super Eight, coachwork by Rollston. I don't think Packard offered a RHD chassis for the Twelve in 1939, and there were no factory phaeton bodies after 1936. Unless someone beats me to it, I'll dig out the back issue later and confirm or correct.
UPDATE. My mistake, it is a 1939 Super Eight but the coachwork is by Derham. I highly recommend the TPC article, 13 pages and several unique features on this parade car and an interesting story of its discovery.

The driver is on the right. I think Corbis may have flopped the photo. Argentina drives on the right side of the road same as USA.

No Joe, the car is indeed RHD. The TPC article actually has one photo showing the "Handi-Shift" adapted to RHD. Perhaps in 1939 Argentina drove on the left.

Exactly right. Many countries changed which side they drove on in the 1920s and after. Argentina changed to the right side of the road in 1945.
