Non-Packard Car Identification

Can anyone help me identify this car? Obviously not a Packard and possibly not even an American car but I’m stymied in tying too figure out what it is. First thought was Chevrolet by the emblem but nothing else is Chevrolet unless it’s a Canadian or European model.

That might be a Canadian Mopar of around 1953, or a South American built Mopar. It looks like a blend of '53 Chevy and Dodge.

... It looks like a blend of '53 Chevy and Dodge... Yes, that is, what I would call an educated guess. I came to the same conclusion. Nevertheless the image is fake. Just to good to be true. You wont find a car, abandoned decades ago but with full air pressure in its tires.
