Looking for the final pieces of the grille puzzle on my '49 Henney Packard Nu-3-Way Limousine-style hearse (23rd Series, Custom 8 base). Henney added a lower row of grille "egg crate" to the Packard hearses.
I NEED a set of L&R shorter lower grille bars. The Henney 22nd & 23rd Parts List Book (page 89) refers to them as "P-394556 (RH)" and "P-394555 (LH)", the "Radiator Front Fender Side Lower Moulding".
I HAVE 2 chromed sets of the longer middle grille bars [below the signal light, P-391212 (RH) and P-391213 (LH), respectively]. I could part with one set of these.
I'm willing to trade one set of the long bars for a set of the short bars or purchase short bars.

I thought I'd registered the Henney Packard hearse, but I may have confused it with the Professional Car Society's website. I've uploaded the coach's info to the registry.
This group's pages offer a lot of great background info. Sadly, these hand-built Henney Packards are few and far between.
Still, I'm hopeful that beating all the bushes will yield something good and this beast can once again prowl the roads and be of service to discerning "passengers".

One day in the ‘80s I was driving along in my 1941 Henney-Packard when coming the other way was a ‘48 Henney-Packard Landaulet. The way the other driver reacted, which was not at all, you would have thought it an everyday occurrence!

By the way, you’re looking for grille bars, not grill bars.
