While searching for the sources of the above shown Babe Ruth pics I've seen that at least one of them is a high paid collector item including autograph($3,510). That's the link to the lot details. The webpage isn't stating any copyrights but I canceled the image nevertheless. Please find below another image, showing "The Bambino" in the same Packard.

GHR = George Herman Ruth

Mal (Ozstatman) & Steve (58L8134), thanks. I was searching for something like HRH (His or Her Royal Highness) and missed the forest for the trees. Well, we all have been there. Take, for example, the case of "The King of Hollywood" Douglas Fairbanks, an "American actor, screenwriter, director, and producer" as well as "founding member of United Artists. He was also a founding member of The Motion Picture Academy and hosted the first Oscars Ceremony in 1929" [wikipedia].

Acc. to Wikipedia, Douglas Fairbanks was a man, "widely considered as one of the biggest stars in Hollywood during the 1910s and 1920s" but for PMCC he shrank to a "male standing at front driver's side".

Anna Case (October 29, 1887 - January 7, 1984; aged 95) was an American soprano. She recorded with Thomas Alva Edison, who used her voice extensively in "tone tests" of whether a live audience could tell the difference between the actual singer and a recording. [Wikipedia]

William Tatem Tilden II (February 10, 1893 - June 5, 1953), nicknamed "Big Bill," was an American male tennis player. He is often considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time. Tilden was the World No. 1 player for six years from 1920 through 1925. He won 15 Major singles titles including ten Grand Slam events, one World Hard Court Championships and four professional majors. He was the first American to win Wimbledon in 1920. He also won a record seven U.S. Championships titles (shared with Richard Sears and Bill Larned).
Tilden dominated the world of international tennis in the first half of the 1920s, and during his 18-year amateur period of 1912-29, won 138 of 192 tournaments ... Tilden had been born to wealth, and earned large sums of money during his long career, particularly in his early years on the pro tour; he spent it lavishly, keeping a suite at the Algonquin Hotel in New York City. Much of his income went towards financing Broadway shows that he wrote, produced, and starred in.

While working at the Berkeley Lab in the early 1990s I was down at the campus in one of the older buildings. There attached to the wall was the door to the original "Rad Lab".

John (JW), thanks.
Below another Packard connected to Mr. Lawrence, standing next to the cyclotron. The car is equipped with interesting disc rims, different-colored wheels and something that looks like fastening mounts.
Pic was taken taken march 27, 1941.
