Kev, I installed seat belts (two) and turn signals in my 115C Convertible Coupe. I bought one of the turn signal switch kits which worked well. I used a pair of motorcycle after market accessory lights for the front turn signals. Routed the wiring through the headlights and painted the new lights body color. Not obvious to the casual eye, but they effectively displayed when in use. For the rears I utilized the brake-tail light sockets and bulbs with a bit of rewiring. The belts and signals gave me a better sense of security when driving in traffic.

Those look pretty nice. The tail light bulbs were already dual filament (parkjng/brake). So pretty much read for turn signals.

The fronts are a different matter. Restoration Supply sells replacement reflectors that take a modern H4 bulb and also a dual filament bulb. So the turn signals can be hidden in the headlight housin

I'd have to refer to Flackmaster on these matters.

This sounds like a nice solution to getting front turn signals. One problem with using new type bulbs with the old lenses is the alignment of the bulbs with the lenses. They will provide light, but if the alignment is not correct, will not provide a good pattern. I tried some H4 bulbs in some vintage Trippe lights and could not get the bulb-lens alignment to provide a good pattern. You may have better results.

I bought this size/thread checker from Amazon recently and it's been a huge time saver in IDing bolt and nut sizes before I make a run to the hardware store. Much faster than using the thread guage that came with my tap and die set.

I like that you can use it to check with Bolts, Nuts or even threaded holes in the body of something.

Yesterday I stripped, disassembled, greased and painted the seat tracks so they actually move.

Cleaning and repacking the roller needle bearings is job that small and delicate and something I never want to do again.

Hopefully I can get them bolted back in and the seats back in this evening.
