Have found a 1951 Packard coupe model 2498 (Business coupe).
It has been converted to a coupe sedan.
Any assistance on how the original interior behind the front seat was configured, and type of materials used would be helpful.
Thank You
John Miller

There is one in Hanford, CA, perhaps that's close enough for you to visit. If you are a member of The Packard Club you'll find the info in your membership roster.

There is another, in Texas IIRC. Also some years back there was an article on the 51 Business Coupe with photos in The Packard Club's quarterly magazine. Back issues are available and there is an index to these issue s in The Packard Club's website, packardclub.org. I believe the author was Ed Ostrowski.

John,

Doc gonzo on here had this '51 200 Business Coupe and started this Blog. Wonder if yours and his are one and the same car?

PS - Don't forget, the Packard Owner's Registry awaits.

The issue in question is volume 129, and I do have all back issues to the early 60s. It's copyrighted so I can't scan and post here but I could photocopy and snail mail to you if you wish.
