53' Clipper question

I'm just getting started on a 53' Packard Clipper. I need to order a gasket kit but I don't know how to tell how many main bearings it has, either 5 or 9. Does anybody know an easy way to tell without taking the head off? It's a Packard Thunderbolt 327 engine number is L321943H if that helps. Thanks

L3xxxxx should be a 1953 327 5 main engine. The H suffix indicates it had optional (for that model Clipper) hydraulic lifters.

Thanks for the welcome. I found packardinfo shortly after I purchased the car and am just now getting around to working on it.
