First,i'd like to say Hi to everyone, and i hope you can help me with a bit of information i'm chasing.
I purchased the car about 2weeks ago off Ebay US,and i was very lucky the car was in CAL,not far from the shipper.
I won't have the car for at least2 months so i'm trying to organize thing now for a RHD conversion.
My q/s is ,i need to know the Track measurement on the front-end,the distance from the outside to outside of the brake drums,i don't have a Workshop Manual as yet so your assistance will be much appreciated, thanks,Gaz !

G'day Gaz,
Great to another Aussie to PackardInfo! Now switching to my other hat, being Secretary of the Packard Automobile Club of Australia Inc , I would also like to invite you to join our club! There's an active regional PACA membership in Melbourne so you'd be among friends.

See you're planning to convert to RHD, which is fine, but have you considered leaving your Coupe as LHD? Reason being I brought my '41 Coupe from the US about 5 years ago and left it LHD. No real problems, just takes a bit of getting used to. I think it's essential though to have an external rear view mirror on each side to aid in visibility in traffic and for lane changing. That said I'm pretty sure you can convert to RHD fairly readily, but it would be best to start securing the RHD components required including a steering box, steering crank and dashboard to be prepared.

As to the dimensions you're after I can't provide answers although I'm sure others should be able to. In the meantime peruse the Packard Model Info section of PackardInfo here. Then select the year you're interested in, 1937, and click on the model of Packard you have. At the foot of the page that opens there will be links to various manuals and literature already on the Site. These are downloadable and best of all, free. The info you're after could well be there.

Also, I invite you to include your '37 115C Coupe in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo!

One last thing, PACA's 2013 Packard National Rally is being held at Phillip Island in March. Be good to see you and your Coupe there.
