Feel free to post your random sightings here as well.

When I was down in La Jolla, CA this week for business, I ran across this car parked on a street just off the main drag.

'53 Patrician with Sun Visor, sporting 4 jet louvers.

Kev:

I don't have any photos right now, but I find it sort of amazing just how many Packards I actually see when I am just driving around. Even back here is Virginia, you see one parked in someone's driveway half covered with a tarp, or nice older model in front of a store as eye candy, or one driving in the opposite direction on a country road. It makes me wonder just how many Packards there are in near or running condition. If there were just 200 such cars in all 50 states, you'd have 10,000 Packards about. I would not be surprised if that number was higher in some states, lower in others, with even more running Packards throughout the U.S.

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

Wonder if there is any free way to get DMV stats on at least the licensed cars out there?

Had mine parked in my daughters driveway when an old timer who lives right behind her wandered up and chatted. Turned out he has a light eight in his garage not 100 feet from my daughter's back door.

When two men ride the same horse, one has to be in the back...

During my Hershey trip last October did a fair bit of driving in different states and sighted 2 Packards in the course of my travels.
