When the plant was last in the news, a MAJOR roadblock to demolition (sadly, probably the best thing) was being discussed.

That should certainly make the plant more desireable in an auction. It kind of reminds me of the car listed for sale in the newspaper in which the owner was asking $3,500. He wrote that the tires were flat, the gas tank leaked, the transmission was shot, and if you could get it started, the engine was likely to catch fire. Otherwise, it was a great deal!
