I'm thinking of attending for the purpose of trying to find a Packard to buy. I've never been and wanted to know if there are many cars for sale? Or is it just a gathering to shoe the cars? Also, I can only come for one day so which day would be best for car searchinng to buy?

Buy the Custom you just posted, and drive it to the meet, lol!

The seller won't take any less than $28K. It's just not worth that to me.

What vintage(year) Packard are you looking for????

I'm flexible as I like pre and post war Packards. It really all depends on condition and price. I'm not looking for any projects, something that is already done or needs very little or a nice driver.

Packard0, it would be nice to have you at the Packard National in Warren and I'm sure you'd enjoy it, even if for a day. There is always a very sizeable flea market for parts but it doesn't host a car corral of vehicles for sale and really isn't the kind of venue where you'd go just to shop for a car. Likely there will be a few cars with "for sale" signs and probably talk of others that aren't there.

The schedule of events is listed on The Packard Club website and you can look for which day appeals to you most. The greatest number of cars will be present for the show day/judging event but to me some of the best hours are in the late afternoons and evenings when everyone is back from the days tours and out in the lot kicking tires.
