It's possible it was a display car at the New York Auto Show but there is nothing I can see to indicate it was a concept (or consept if you're a poor speller) car, looks like it was just a production convertible.

Interesting reply to someone asking for numbers....
Doesn't seem to be too interested in selling it, or he has no idea how to accomplish a sale.
