I'm assuming that you need to push the car around your garage or shop. So, would dollies like those at Harbor Fright do if wood blocks were used to raise the car?

The big old rear wheel drive Buicks and Caddies had the 5 on 5 pattern, but you will probably have to drill for the guide stud.

Older Chevy P/U wheels are 5x5 and they are a dime a dozen around here. Would those work? These will not be used for driving except maybe around my yard assuming I can get the engine running well enough besides it has no brakes at all. First problem on the list, brakes.

No idea if the Chevy wheels would work but one other thing I would note is the diameter of the Packard hub to make sure it will fit thru the center hole on any wheels you find.
