G'day sanddoc,
When you open the Packard Owner's Registry page there is a line that says "Add your Packard to the Registry". It's about 1/3 up from the bottom of the screen and towards the left side. Click on it and the entry screen for adding your Packard opens, then go from there. Oh....don't forget to include a pic, please? There's also this FAQ which should help.
