I filled it all the way up to the top. Went for a drive and come back temp was in the middle of the gauge the whole time.coolant was running out the whole time it was parked.

If you filled it all the way up, then it is overfilled. It should cover the core but have about an inch of space before it reaches the neck. It needs expansion room, or otherwise, it will blow past the cap.

Would a leaky brake cylinder make my car pull to the right?

Might need the brakes adjusted at the wheels. These cars don't have self adjusting brakes like later cars of the 60's and up.
Could also be a brake flex hose collapsing internally. I had that happen on my Nova one time. John

Yes, a leaking brake wheel cylinder can cause the brakes to pull to one side.

Every so often i have to put fluid in the master cylinder. Not leaking anywhere I can see. it must be leaking out of the wheel cylinders. Probably have to full it up every 6 months.

If a wheel cylinder is leaking that much and no sign of anything around the tubing I would think a slight moist or discolored streak or maybe a bit of excess dirt could be seen on the back of one of the tires. If you have power brakes, a leaking seal could also allow fluid to be sucked inside the vacuum section.
