Greetings! Today I plan to get my 2nd Packard, a 703 Sedan which has been in a shed for many years. It appears complete, engine is stuck but I know it was running in the late 80's/90's and the roof is good where it has been. I am optimistic!

I'll post again tonight I hope!

Congratulations on having a great Packard!! The 1100 is an outstanding car to drive, nice and nimble, very light steering, terrific brakes, and good power. I'm in New Jersey as well and have had my 1934 1100 (703) since 1963 and have accumulated nearly 40,000 miles in it. If I can be of any help with questions about your car, just let me know.

I'd very much appreciate receiving your theft-proof number (the large 6-digit number embossed on the engine side of the cowl).

Hi

Welcome and congratulation on adding another fine Packard to your collection. So please to see another car saved.

To document your progress and share it with all of us, please start a project blog in that section. Not only does it make it easier to post your questions but also to find the answers later for reference. Of course, we all like to see how things are progressing too. Check out the other ongoing Project Blogs for ideas as well.

Good luck with your new acquisition.

Steve
