Welcome and that is a very nice looking car. Which model is it?
The clock fuse was originally an SFE 2 and those SFE type fuses are length specific to amps and the holders designed for them. Napa usually has the best selection of SFE fuses but there is a good possibility you may not be able to find anything less than a 4 today. I believe the SFE 2 and SFE 4 are the same physical length of 5/8" so the 4 should fit in the holder and will still provide adequate protection.

Thanks Howard! I'll pick up a SFE 4!!
As for model, I'm honestly not sure. All the books I have received with the car are marked for 2000 and 2010 so all I really can break out of that is it's any model with in the Packard Six series lol can you help me pin point which one?!

If you check the vehicle number stamped under the hood on the plate screwed to the cowl roughly in front of the driver the first 4 digits give the model. The second four digits is the sequence number of where the car was produced out of all cars of that model that were made during the production of the 1942 20th series. Once you have the body model you can correlate with the chart to see which chassis the body was actually on.
Here is a bit showing the various model combinations available in a six and how they were equipped as standard. You can download some additional 42 information from the literature section.

Hi RobS
Welcome! Good-looking 1942 Clipper Six you are fortunate to own. Numbers on the serial plate on the firewall as Howard (HH56) notes will identify which model it is. The difference between the 2000 Clipper Special and the 2010 Clipper Custom would be interior trim details, perhaps some optional equipment. The details can be found in the 1942 Clipper literature available here. Good luck with your Clipper, please share more photos with us when you have a chance. Steve

Hi
Your 1942 Clipper Six looks very good in the photos. Before repainting, you should determine if it has been painted over the original color paint coating or if you might have good original 1942 factory paint. An original, well-preserved 1942 paint, even with a few weathered or chipped spots, would be desirable to preserve. Steve
