FV#7, from the left side menu bar, click on "Literature Archive". From there, at the bottom select "Show by Year" and then select 1934. From the list select the 1933-1936 Eight and Super Eight Parts List.

And if you want hard copy, reprints are available from The Packard Club.

As to removing the switch, it was too long ago for me to remember in any detail but it should be pretty obvious when you look at it.
