Thanks Dezi, that's perfect. At least I have a reference to what they look like now.
Also, I think that answers one of my other questions. Based on his pictures, it looks like the inner fender gets bolted in first or at the same time. So probably can't be installed with the fenders already in place. I think I'm going to have to break out the P/B Blaster and impact shortly.

I just remembered I still had a sheet of rubber that I had bought from Steele many moons ago. I think, based on Larry's great pictures of making the rubber splashers, I should have just enough to make them.
I just need to order the rivets. 1/8 or 3/16?

On the shield in the actual Jaguar, if you look closely at the photo you’ll see that it is not attached to the manifold but rather to some support separate from that. Attaching it to the manifold itself wouldn’t be a good idea as then the manifold would directly heat it, defeating its purpose!

It has little standoff L brackets that attach the shield to the collector bolts. So there is a gap between the shield and the manifold. That is a stock Jag shield.

Yes they were designed to be removed an installed with fenders in place.
I believe this was expecially true on the passenger side for the periodic valve adjustments. I made the inner panels, mounted the fenders and grill then the panels. By doing it in that order I was not fighting the little adjustments on the holes that were needed while installing the fenders. NOTE: the holes for the brake lines and headlight wiring as these can be an issue. Lar

I ordered a box of 1/8 rivets. The holes were measuring between the two (closer to 5/32), so figured 1/8 was more applicable.

do a drill fit on your holes, I think I over drilled for the 3/16 to get a good fit since I egged a couple of holes when I drilled out the factory rivets.
Either will work since you will be backing the rubber side with a washer and the flair will sinch the rivete to the metal. Your local hardware store ( ACE ) in my area may have these in their binsand you can buy the items EA insted of by the 50's or 100's.
