I designed itself on my computer, then uploaded the files to VistaPrint. Cost about $40 if I remember.

That's an odd tire failure. If it's a tubeless tire, perhaps air got between plies or between the carcass and the outer layer of rubber due to a skinned spot or pinhole at the bead. If you could locate the damage/defect and cover it with silicon gasket goop, it might make the tire useable as a spare, assuming there is no wire bead damage. Adding an inner tube would be another possible option.

I already replaced the tire a couple of months back. I think it was damaged when the shop demounted the tire to replace the valve stems shorty before the car got put away for the winter, as the bubble was very close to tire bead.
