Only difference between back seats would be the fold down armrest or no armrest. The lower trim levels didn't have the armrest.

But dimensionally they are the same.

Here's a picture of the long brake line on my car. I highlighted the 4 rubber isolators and the 2 P clips for future reference.

Here’s my driver side brakes done. Sounds like the shorter shoe in the front is the way to go.

Let me know if anything looks off…

Struggled a bit with the retainers. Found the easiest way is to use a slim long 5/16 socket while holding the pin from the rear. Just depress + 1/4 turn.

The big springs I have not found anything better than lineman pliers.

There’s a cheap tool made for the purpose that works a bit better than using a socket. Its handle is like a screwdriver’s and it has a taper (sometimes the taper is serrated) inside the business end to grip the retainer and usually a slot or two to allow you to see what you’re doing. A while back I brought a brake tool kit on Amazon and used the tool on my 1951 Henney-Packard but in all honesty the old one that I had bought in the ‘60s works a whole lot better!

A tool from the Walmart site

And brake pliers work a jiffy for putting the bigger springs on. You can buy this entire set for $15 at Harbor Freight.

I’ve never gotten the hang of brake pliers! I always end up using Vice-Grips and a large flat screwdriver. Also, I’ve fund that the non-serrated retainer installers are far easier to use than those with serrations.

I was just going to post this exact kit, you beat me to it. The brake pliers make working with the springs easy and safe. I found the Harbor Freight set to be inferior to nicer brands (I used my neighbor's set previously....Snap-On I think) but they do work. I currently have the HF set because I'm cheap. Find a video online that shows how to use them properly. One end to remove the spring, the other to put the spring back on.

Thanks everyone for the kit suggestions. Would you recommend getting the drums turned down to go with the new brake shoes?

Overall this weekend made some pretty good progress. Both front brakes are done. I also got my vent window bushings installed in both windows. A surprisingly annoying process every time, unfortunately. Also RNR'ed the heads on the old 352 engine and got it to spin over. Though I'm not going to be using it.
