Hi,
Currently working on the frame of an 1803.....1940 160 club coupe. Is there anyplace that has a complete kit for suspension bushings? I see Metro and Steel both have various individual component offerings. I am hoping someone has put together a complete set to do the whole car at a reasonable cost.

thanks,
Mark

Did you try Merritt, Kanters or Tucson Packards?

I haven't tried anyone yet. Trying to gather a little info before spending a bunch of time inquiring with each place and trying to compare. Hoping someone might recommend one place over the other because they have a better kit price or a more complete kit.

thanks,
Mark

Eaton Detroit made rear springs and bushings for my ‘40 160. Pix here.

They don’t list Packard, but they have the specs to make them. I think they were $400 a side. Which included bushings.

On the invoice, it looks like there are 12 bushings at $5= $60 plus ship from Detroit

That’s why i suggested those places as they have the kits. Kanters, in fact, is known for kits of all sorts. Whether they have them for prewar is another matter which is why you’ll have to contact them yourself.

"reasonable cost" is always a good criteria...
