I seem to recall that my 1940s’ (I had three) and 1941’s upper was straight but it’s been decades. Do they indeed have a curve to them in 1941? If not, just ash for a straight piece of radiator hose of the appropriate diameter and I don’t think there is any particular part number.
For the filter, tread lightly there as paper filters can give a little or even a lot of restriction to the airflow.

Thanks
The 1941 has a slight curve to the upper hose. That hose has the following numbers: 6K12 EBP 80MH70. Made in USA. ZDS 0406 I do not know the hose manufacturer and I have been unable to ID the hose to find a source for a replacement hose

On my 37 and my 54, I've just taken the old hoses into my local Napa and tried to find a hose in stock that had a matching bend. The just trimmed the length to match the old one(s).
