One thing I said to him at least twice, why not post actual pictures of what you are selling? No answer, redirect.

Also, not sure of anyone that is going to buy a post-war Vehicle Number plate for $500. You can buy an entire parts car for that. He's obviously not working with a full tools etc.

My only point in all of this, is I don't want whatever shenanigans he is up to with the items he is selling associated with the website.

I agree with not wanting it to be associated with the website completely. I also don’t want someone who doesn’t know any different getting ripped off. $500 is a steep price.

At a minimum, he is misrepresenting whatever he may actually be selling and violating the Packardinfo.com copyright. I suspect that the photos are what he’s actually trying to sell.

Well, I see he has at least removed the Packardinfo.com photos from his listings.

Not only did he use some threatening language with me but he also ordered me to remove him from my website. This guy is totally clueless.

Just to add a little comical aspect…because I viewed the listings, I just received automated offers from him for only $475 each! Declined.

What exactly is this guy selling? His "Other Items" list turns up a bunch of these ads for cars from lowly Fords up to vintage Porsches. Few of these listings have pictures and the descriptions say little more than "contact me to see what I'm selling." The odd listings with pictures are just database derived lists similar to the PackardInfo.com material.

Scary thing is that he's sold quite of few of these "items" including one for a vintage Porsche 356 which I am sure did not come cheaply.
