Really looking good. The small amount of welding I've done has been on the floor, so I didn't have to worry so much about heat warping (small patches). Lots of tedious work to do small tacks over and over again.

Welding the fenders is pretty much done.
 Got started on the wheelhouse patch for the passenger side. LOTS of cutting and trimming to get it to the right size and shape. It's going to be awkward to weld these in, but at least they don't need to look pretty.  I picked up these welding blankets to protect my interior. I was using cardboard, but that's crazy!

Looking good!
If those are the blankets from princess auto, be wary. They will burn from hot sparks, grinding sparks should be fine
