These are not very interesting, because they do not show any of the usual bad spots
Brake master is/was probably leaking. Ream main is likely also leaking (but that' ok), and it might need some new brake or fuel lines (what ever that rusty thing is, which is also something to be expected). Running boards look good, from far away, though. Other than this, I don't see nothing. Some strange extra holes on the frame... But I don't have a Packard, so you might want to cross-reference these with someone else.
Are these pictures from the seller? I would recommend going back and taking some more pics yourself (like 150+). Pay especial attention to the rocker panels, wheel arcs, door bottoms (from both sides and underneath) trunk lip, inside the fenders, firewall close to the wheels, all body mounts!, the very back of the trunk floor. Air scoop cowl, around the windshield and the back glass, also check all the pillar corners underneath the carpet and the inside corners of the rear seat frame.

It looks good underneath in both condition and authenticity as far as I can see. The last photo appears to show the underside behind the rear end but probably the floor area is hidden by the gas tank. Although there shouldn't be a layer of steel over the floor, maybe there is a sheet of board sealed in place to make the floor flatter. I don't recall what was in the floor of mine but I know that the sides were flocked as Howard described earlier.

I have tried all over the internet to find a picture of the undercarriage floor behind the gas tank for a 1940 Club Coupe. Lots of pics from the front toward the gas tank. I know the skin I touched behind the tank was smooth and looked original. No patches or rework that I could see. Yet some of you state I should be feeling the bottom of the trunk floor in this area. Does anyone have a pic of this area on a 40 or 41? Otherwise I believe there is a layer of skin below the trunk floor. The pics here are of the trunk area before I lifted up the floor liner.
