G'day tanner,
to PackardInfo, and sorry I can't help with your request.

But a request to you, could you please include your '32 in the Packard Owner's Registry here, together with a pic, any known history and how you acquired it?

Popped into the Chatroom and saw that tanner had already been there, with this exchange between Craig and himself.

"[tanner] 7:27 am: I would like to see If I can get a diagram on how to install a windshield on a 1932 Packard
[Craig] 7:28 am: Have you checked the 1932 "service manual" on this website?
[tanner] 7:29 am: I will check Thanks, I'm a new member
[Craig] 7:29 am: I just looked. There does not appear to be one. But...
[tanner] 7:29 am: Thank you I will check talk to you later
[Craig] 7:29 am: It's flat glass, so any good auto glass shop should be able to cut that and install.
[tanner] 7:30 am: Not Sure since they tried to install it and they are having trouble we are restoring this packard
[Craig] 7:31 am: Someone else just enquired about 1940 templates. See that thread.
[tanner] 7:32 am: ok thanks"

Craig for helping tanner and by pointing him to the Forums. Now if it had been a V8 question.....

The Chatroom is great for informal "chats" but Packard specific questions are better aired in the appropriate Forum where much greater exposure is gained and it's permanent(Chatroom refreshes periodically and posts there are then deleted).

Tanner, based on a 34 closed car windshield which may or may not be the same as yours, the windshield frame separates into two "halves" at just above the midpoint on the two upright (short) sides. Just take it apart, remove the old glass, cut new glass from the old as a pattern or buy a precut piece made from a pattern by one of the many folks who perform this service, and reinstall. Use new channel material if you can find it or have a glass shop install it.
