Parts Book Binder Rack

Any know where you can buy a Part's Book binder rack like you see in the Parts department of a dealership or a parts store. I would like to have one for the garage, but I just cant find anyone that sells them. Perhaps they have a specific name and that is why I cant find one.

Perhaps something like this or equivalent:

I see I took too long digging it out and you're well served with all kinds of pristine new choices. Was going to offer this one out of a Packard dealership. It comes complete with patina (aka stains & dirt) and a well used - although missing several dozen pages - original prewar parts book still in it. Yours for the cost of postage.
