Mid-Atlantic Packards and Packards Virginia will hold their 16th Annual All-Packard Indoor Swap Meet & Packard Car Show in a NEW LOCATION, the Francis Scott Key American Legion Post #11, in Frederick, MD, on Friday and Saturday, May 6 & 7, 2011. The host hotel will be the Hampton Inn, immediately next door to the American Legion.
The new location is easily accessible from US 15, a few miles north of I-70. The Legion Post has a very nice climate-controlled event facility with a restaurant serving quality meals at reasonable prices. The Hampton Inn, 3 years old, offers wi-fi access, an indoor pool and spa, hospitality room and hot breakfast all included in the Packard Club rate of $99 per night.
Nearby, within walking distance, are a shopping center, several restaurants, and the Motter's Station Antique Mall.
We are excited about our new location and expect that 2011 will be the biggest and best Swap Meet in our 16-year history!

I like the Frederick show and regret I can't make it this year. I have always found something there that I needed.

Hello all my wife and I just got back from dinner at Patricks. downtown, Excellent crab cakes. The rain has stopped and there are a few Packards in the lot of the Hampton Inn. Our room is fantastic, I look out of my window and can see the whole show field. Am going to hit the pool & hot tub. Hope tomorrow is a great day.

I love the desert southwest, but there are many times that I wished I lived back east for my Packard's sake. Hope all you back there have a grand time!

It has been a fun day here in Frederick. Great location in a nice hall, the hotel is 100 yards away so no driving when you get here. Great crabcakes.

I'd like to thank everyone that came out to the event today, all the owners, visitors, vendors, organizers and staff at the Legion and the Hampton Inn. You al did a fantastic jhob and I hope to see even more fellow Packard owners and enthusiast next year!!! Also, special thanks to Ross for his willingness to give my car a once-over and a quick adjustment. I'm glad we had a chance to meet!
