Reproduction ones are out there....but not cheap:
emblemagic.com/packard.htm Keep checking ebay as they do show up. I search for about 2 years before one showed up at the local parts swap. Problem is that the original plastics craze and break down and the paint degrades. Hopefully someone has a spare for you in the their parts cache.
