They're split on one side Jason...you can't tell by looking at them in the package but they are and it makes it much easier to install them on the bar but of course like Kevin said, the stabilizer bar that you're installing the bushing on in the photos doesn't resemble the '51 to '54 bar in that they do not have the "eyelet" type ends for attaching it to the lower control arm.

From what I can see of the design of that sway bar, it's a 23rd series and earlier.
