Speaking of crashes, that's interesting damage. Any guesses as to whether the car was in a roll over or how else it might have met it's fate. The roof almost looks as if the poor thing might have been used in a car jump exhibition and the jumper fell short.

Howard good catch on the roof light switch. How did you ever see the lettering? That is not the one I was thinking about. I could proven wrong about the taxi part I see. Stay tuned for answer.

As I said in the previous post I could be wrong, but the taxies from 46-49 did not have the loop on the horn ring. There was only the center trim around the horn button. This was supposed to eliminate the possibility of the driver catching his sleeve on the horn ring loop. Please correct me if I am mistaken. Packardtaximan

Learned something new. I saw the chrome ring earlier and thought it looked different and out of place. Didn't connect that the rest of it was missing for a reason.
