Is anyone familiar with this car. They claim it to be done by Darrin. I'd guess it's not a Packard Darrin. Too bad the film maker didn't step back to show us the whole car. Anyone have a full photo of it?

Definitly not a Darrin. Dash is incorrect as is the tail lamps. Many things such as door handles, engine compartment, trim seem to be correct. No side windows. Door dovetails are correct. If not a 'resto-rod', possibly a forign body maker. Just a guess. John

I like the comment about half-way through, "The Classic Car Club won't let her enter it, they say its too modified."

It looks a bit like an older body mounted on the 41 chassis + a vee windshield from????? Like the older dash cluster, but why mount it in a slab of oak?

The windshield looks like one used on many hot rods. A Duval type I believe.
