thanks, and yes I did get a fender light lense,I bought a 40 2 door at another place.......I will be back to this bone yard, there are more and many parts from earlier ones I think laying around, the owner was great to show them all to me,he mentioned quite a lot more in the building which I didn't get to see yet,he seemed to favor Packards......I was shocked to see so many pre war in central Canada at a small town.....but then again the Canadian prairies are basically a gold mine of untouched oldies,I find old cars all the time in the country

I'm having trouble getting cdn's photos to attach. Coming through as a .png file type which the Website is rejecting. Have exhausted my limited computer skills. Sorry cdn.

EDIT - A number of pre-war Packards in the photos including a '40 with, I think I remember, the fender light lens cdn was after!

I will also be glad to post them. hanshow@comcast.net

If you have a MAC the format conversion can be done with built in iPhoto or Preview.

If you have Windows there may be a built in imaging program that can do the job. I'm not that familiar with Windows anymore so if nothing built in there is a free program called Irfanviewhttp://www.irfanview.com That program can be used to convert many formats as well as reduce file size and do other functions. Png to jpg is one of the formats it can handle.

cdncoupe sent some large size photos of the above batch but rather than post them all if there is some with more detail someone wants I will post them. There was mention of parking lights so here is one I saw with a visible fender light.
