41-47 steering wheel removal procedure please

Quick question guys...could someone remind the procedure to remove the steering wheel and horn ring from a 41-47 style - I don't recall if the horn ring twists clockwise, counterclockwise or take the crowbar to it... thanks!

Can't speak to prewars but 46-7 has 3 small screws toward edge of plastic on the back of wheel holding the horn ring assy.
