Hi I have just started on the restoration of a series 22, and have discovered that the metering needles in the carburetor are missing.
As I live in South Australia, parts are difficult to get.
Can anyone suggest where I may purchase them (2) from.
I have looked at the parts section, and I am thinking that possibly I may need to buy a kit. I looked at carbkitsource.com and I think the carter wd 644S SA kit may be the correct one, but I still dont know if the needles come with it.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

You could try Carburettor Service Company at Burwood in suburban Sydney. They completely rebuilt the carb for my '41 120 a few years ago and have done a number of other carb rebuilds for guys in the Packard club here. When I was talking to Tim of CSC back then he said he has metering needles.
