A NW Packard owner is looking for his missing '55 TL motor. Are they all the same?

Where/who is the most likely source?

Is he missing the complete compensator assy or just the 3 or 4 pieces comprising the motor itself?

Motor case including field coils and rear bearing assy, armature, and the upper casting of the compensator where the motor frame bolts onto are the same. Aside from a few internal gear parts the rest is different.

The entire compensator assy as a unit is different due to the reconfigured limit switches and relocated solenoids in 56.

Good used, if no one on the forum pops up with one then I would try Mike Dulinski.

Oh, probably 125 for motor and gearbox. 75 for either motor or gearbox. Limit switches not included. Plus shipping.
