Do any of you great folks have a good close-up picture of the correct carb gasket for a Rochester 4-Barrel for a 1956 Patrician/Four-Hundred? It seems as if Kanter has sent the wrong gasket. It doesn't quite line up with the body. The rebuild kit was from Daytona.

Also, the accelerator pump shipped has no spring like the original. Is this an improvement and is it OK to use?

We had hoped to take this car to a meet this weekend, but it is now looking doubtful! Any help would be appreciated. I am no mechanic...I am just reaching out to see if I can get our technician the right information

Why not just call Daytona? They always have the answers at their fingertips when I have a question. They are exceedingly helpful on the phone.

That's exactly what I suggested to my mechanic and he is doing that as we speak. I just took a huge pack of gaskets supposedly marked for that carb to him, so we were hoping to have a photograph by which to compare. The exploded diagram in the info in Daytona's kit is so small that it is useless. Thanks for your response!
