I'd like to nominate Owen Dyneto for frequent calm civil, accurate answers. The dumber my question the more I hope to hear from him!!!!!!!

By any definition, Howard and Dave deserve our thanks and appreciation. Both of them have given prodigious answers to such a wide variety of questions that to single either one would slight the other.
A mighty round of applause for both these fine gentlemen is a small gesture and I would hope not embarrass them.
Gents, both of you are appreciated by all members of this community.

Man, this is a tough one. So many topics, so many good answers.

I 2nd the nomination of Howard (HH56). Not only does he know his stuff, but he's innovative, which, to me, gives him the slight edge in a close race.

I have to go for O_D! It's not just on this site, whenever I email him I get a kind response in a matter of hours (or less). I actually enjoy hunting down tpn for Dave's database.

But besides Dave & Howard there are more people that do a terrific job here, I just want to say thank you to all of you. Without this website I wouldn't be a 2 car Packard owner!

Here's a suggestion for some of our Packard veterans: with all the knowledge that you have would it be an idea to write articles about specific jobs, maintance, replacement, designs etc. to preserve someof this kknowledge for future generations?

Thank you to both Howard & O.D. The hobby and the Packard fans owe both of you for you time and effort to help.

And also hope everyone, and their families, has a Happy Holiday season and a safe and prosperous New Year.

Thank you both for everything.

I would like to give a shout out to ALL who post/answer/discuss on this website. I visit it on a daily basis just to read the posts and discussions!

At present, I don't own a Packard (well...other than the HO-scale '53 Caribbean... ), but when I do, I'll be posting all about it here, and no doubt soliciting advice...
