These pictures were taken by someone else, of course. I can't take pictures this nice. This was a 1940s themed wedding and they wanted a car from the 40s and my Packard fit the bill. The building they used for the reception had a parachute hanging from the ceiling and was draped down the walls hiding whatever was there. They even had a cheesy 40s moon. It all looked good. The grooms men and bridesmaids all dressed in the 40s fashion. They even made my car look good!
Will be using the 40 160 for more weddings.

Great-looking car, and thanks for the pictures.

Not to cast undue concerns, but just a few things to think about which may or may apply in your case. Years back myself and many of my friends did the occasional wedding, sometimes for a fee or for an invite to reception, or even just for fun for friends. What we hadn't considered is whether we had a proper driver's license for a "car for hire", that it was a violation of NJ's antique auto registration, and that our insurance company wasn't likely to honor a claim if an accident occurred. No doubt the requirements vary from state to state and insurance company to insurance company, but we all stopped doing it. Probably a good idea to check with your state DMV on the licensing and registration issues, and check with your insurance company about coverage. Chances of an accident may be slim, but getting in one and encountering a aggressive lawyer for a claimant could have nasty consequences.
