Expect all the wiring places would custom build you one but believe the OD wiring was originally part of the main loom with a small separate 3' section completing the connection to trans/OD unit. Y & Zynzyesterdaysparts.com/pdfs/Packard.pdf specifically calls the OD harness out separately so you might ask if they do or will make the OD harness as a standalone loom or if their listing is just the additional charge to add necessary wires in the main loom.
