Our 31 doesn't have a bracket or any sign of a previous one. Where does one mount a front license plate?

Four-piece bracket - two pieces per side - mounts on the bumper bracket in the center. Hard to find, and usually expensive when you do.

It was pretty much standard practice of all the car manufacturers to only supply the front license plate bracket to cars sold in states that required a front plate.
