Based on the description, this Packard 8 model 1601 is reasonably priced at right under $20,000. Of course, I'm a complete novice and don't know what to look for. There could be all kinds of "hidden" expensive repairs needed. as always Garrett Meadows

If as described. No rust, or too much bondo. Probably a great starter, touring vehicle right from the start.
