Just wanted to let you guys know we are now building new stainless steel replacement gas tanks for 24-34 packards.
We can also build others but would need the old tank to copy and work with.
If any of you are interested let me know.
Attached are two different tanks we just finished, one is for a 1925 333 and the next is 1934 1101, they both have been powder coated black as well.
Our website should be up in the next few weeks with these products and more.

Happy Driving
Barry

I'm sure the hobby will really welcome these, they look great. Can I assume they have the correct original baffling internally?

If someone close to you could supply a 1940 super tank to copy, I would take a tank.
Thanks Todd

Put me down for a 1940 Super 8 21-gal tank as well, if you make them.

What we have done so far is to take the old tanks and copy all openings and sizes etc. We have reused the existing mounting hardware from the old tank to save a few dollars.
we could also do this by the drawings, but I don't have any drawings and when I've tried to get parts for the rear end gears I was told they weren't available.
If you can get the drawings we can get you a price, I will remind you these are custom made and won't be with out some imperfections, but will be fully functional and as well constructed as possible.
I really love knowing my tank will out last me and probably the car as well!
attached are some weld pic prior to powder coating
