Ultramatic cooler lines

I checked in the service manual but couldn't find it. On the ultramatic cooler lines which is the supply and which is the return? One goes into the top of the cooler and one into the bottom.

On a 53 the line coming from the top of the trans is supply.

By top I assume you mean middle top not back top?

I am sure it's me. I see 2 lines. One goes to the middle top and there is some other small tube coming out near there too. The other line goes to the back and I cant see where it goes exactly. Just way back there.
