I think it is a 1936 120B Convertible Sedan. The Packard belonged to James Breese. He was the engineering officer on the NC4 which was the first aircraft to fly across the Atlantic in 1919. It used four Liberty engines. This image is from a biography - Destiney Strikes Twice - by his grandson, Larry Kilham. I am acquainted with the author. Thanks for your help.

After Note: NC was the name James Breese gave one of his daughters. She was named after the Navy Curtiss (NC4) seaplane.

Anyone of the 132 who have viewed this can verify my guess?

Hey John, I'm among the 132 and I sure can't help you in identifying the Packard, but I did get a chuckle out of the 'fishing hole' exaggeration on the potholes!! Should maybe try that with the Department of Highways around here some time. Chris.

I'm not the SME here.. but I say your right. Looks to be without a vent window frame which I believe was '36 only.

I was also noting the look of the wheel covers, which I believe are particular to the 120Bs. Not aware of the frameless vent window, but good catch. Certain it is not a senior 8 or 12. Thanks.
