Can someone point me at the service procedure for tightening the front wheel bearings on my 37 115c?
I can't find it in the service manual and the nut configuration is different than my 54. Thanks!

Nevermind, I found buried in a service letter.
Tighten nut until tight, back off half turn. Add lock ring and jam nut

Thanks John, that would be interesting to see. I have watched a lot of Jag videos online, especially in regard to the SU Carbs.
I do find it interesting how scant the pre-war Packard Service Manuals are. I used to think the Post-War ones were as well, but those are encyclopedias compared to the Pre-War ones, which Cliff-Note versions in comparison. I've had better luck finding stuff in 3rd party documentation. (aka Motor's manual, etc).

Double check the bearing tightness after driving it a bit. Both sides on my 115c needed another tightening after about 30 miles. Minor, but significant enough.
