My spidey sense is tingling. Both are new users who joined today, and both are listed in Florida. Coincidence?

I'm certainly not an expert on this model, but if you are referring to the style 1420 LeBaron Limousine, the history of the survivors has been pretty well developed over the years, I believe there were two of them present at the Centennial meet. The style was continued on into 1942 and probably the best known of them is the one sold new and still owned by the Norwegian royal family. You might start your inquiry by checking the index to the back issues of quarterly publication of The Packard Club. The index to their back issues is on their website, packardclub.org
